This was my first time trying Zhang Lisheng's large fried dough sticks. The color was a bit lighter than another brand Weee bought. I put them in the air fryer at 350F for 7 minutes (see the third picture above). They were a bit long and wouldn't fit, so I flipped them halfway through. Success! They were very crispy. This time I paired them with soy milk; next time I'm planning to make porcelain rice balls

These frozen Chinese long doughnuts arrived well-packaged in a sealed thermal bubble mailer with an ice gel pack, which I really appreciated. The packaging kept everything properly chilled and intact during delivery. Each pack contains two doughnuts; however, I did notice that there was no expiration date listed. To prepare them straight from the freezer, I used an air fryer at 390F for about 7.5 minutes, and they turned out perfectly crispy. Overall, I really enjoy these doughnuts—especially when dipped in warm almond or soy milk. They make a convenient and satisfying breakfast option. Simply can’t have enough!
