I love how adding just a little seaweed elevates the quality of a meal. I use it to make light mapo tofu and wrap it in seaweed, top shrimp and egg porridge with sliced seaweed, and top buckwheat noodles with sliced seaweed. It's so versatile. I stock up on it when it's on sale.
