This braised pork intestine is surprisingly delicious! It has no unpleasant odor, and the braising is just right. Slicing it and stir-frying it with chili peppers makes it even better. I would definitely buy it again.
My family really likes this large intestine. Yesterday, we ate half of it, then air-fried it for about ten minutes until it came out crispy and delicious.
There's a lot of fat involved, which I'll remove a lot of. It tastes great though; just add a little when making noodle soup and the flavor will be perfect.

I made stir-fried pickled cabbage and pork intestines for New Year's Eve dinner. It was delicious! You can just cut the intestines into small sections with scissors and stir-fry them. There wasn't any unpleasant smell. It was a bit fatty, but it was tasty. I would definitely buy it again.
