The two on the left are gold medal pieces, and the two on the right are basket pieces. Gold medal pieces win! First, the shape: the gold medal pieces are closer to the flat oval shape of xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), while the basket pieces are too pointed and don't cook through easily; the top is also slightly sticky. Both have a 1/3 breakage rate, the same for both. As for the taste: the gold medal pieces immediately evoke the flavor of Yu Garden (a famous traditional Chinese restaurant), a perfect score! The basket pieces tasted great two years ago, but later developed a strong ginger flavor, and even after six months, the ginger flavor is still very strong. The meat is also reddish in color. I won't repurchase them.

This is a product from South Korea. It looks like a pan-fried dumpling, but inside is a whole shrimp. It's filled with pork and also contains broken glass noodles. It can be pan-fried or steamed. The skin is very thin, unlike typical dumpling skins. The seasoning is Korean, different from Chinese dumplings. The dumplings are quite large; a box contains five dumplings. They taste great, and my family loves them.
