I've always loved fried tofu. Slice it, stir-fry it with some pork belly and celery, and add some fermented black beans. It's fragrant, delicious, and goes perfectly with rice.
I'm going to use it for braising! Hope it tastes good.

I bought two types of tofu, and both were delicious.
I tried using it in a simmered dish, but it was a little different from the thick fried tofu found in Japan. The inside was hollow and airy. However, it was still tasty, and I think it would be good to cut it up and put it in miso soup.

Absolutely delicious, soft and juicy, with some edamame, a classic Shanghai dish.
It tastes great, very delicious, and goes well with rice.
This was my first time buying it. The reviews were good, so I decided to try it. The taste is good, though perhaps a little too salty for someone with a very mild palate? Overall, it's still very good. I would buy it again.

I never expected to find vegetarian chicken in the US! It's a Shanghai specialty that's not available in many cities in China! This is my second time buying it. Each box contains 5-6 pieces. I just add some wood ear mushrooms and daylily buds and cook it again—it tastes like home!
