Tsuyu goes well with any dish, such as udon, fish cake soup, and cold soba. There is no substitute; it is so delicious.
Just add this and you're done with the udon broth. Water + Tsuyu = Udon Broth Add fish cake skewers and crown daisies, and it tastes just like store-bought udon!!
