The quantity was generous, so we were able to enjoy it to the fullest. We sliced it thinly and served it with rice. We also shredded it and put it on rice with stir-fried beef and namul (Korean side dishes) to make a bibimbap-style dish. It was delicious! Our children have already requested it again!

CJ's pickled radishes are great, whether used in rice rolls or as an appetizer. I also stir-fried them with tofu tonight, and it was delicious.
