There is mushroom meat sauce inside. The cucumber shreds are not in good condition. But if all the sauces are added, it is too salty and can't be eaten. The sauce should be used in moderation. The noodles are delicious. Overall, it is delicious, but it is too salty. I think the hot dry noodles last time are better.

It smells and tastes like they just put together packaged Dandan sauce with some noodles/sliced cucumbers and decided to call it Dandan mien.
