The frozen bitter melon arrived in excellent condition. It was packed with ice packs and insulated packaging, which kept it frozen throughout delivery. The packaging was secure, and the product remained fresh and well preserved.

I used to stir-fry bitter melon with dried anchovies, but this time I stir-fried it with eggs at my husband's request; he prefers that. Before, I stir-fried it with salted egg yolks, which was also very fragrant.
