I usually buy q different brand of Indian snacks, but thought I would try this one. It reminded me of a small aloo paratha. Only issue is that the directions say to deep fry. We don't deep fry so I cooked it on a pan without oil. It still tasted good, but I'm sure it taste better if deep fried.

Delicious quality
The packaging is superb with aluminum cover and ice packets inside to keep the food items fresh in this heat. Expiry date May 2026. So this can stay fresh for long.
My favorite kachori's but it looks like they have started making the kachori's smaller from the last few months thanks to inflation
