These Japanese curry croquettes are an absolute delight! The panko crust is wonderfully crispy, while the soft mashed potato filling, seasoned with just a hint of curry, is flavorful without being overpowering. One bite was all it took for me to fall in love with Japanese croquettes all over again!

I find this very useful because I can put it in my lunchbox. I would also love to be able to buy vegetables from this series.
The curry flavor isn't too strong, and it's delicious. The batter is also fried to a nice crisp.
