I bought this to make beef and radish soup. It's convenient because it's pre-cut, and it's delicious.

Seasoned only with salt and pepper. I cooked it thoroughly over high heat in a cast iron pan, and the meat turned out very juicy and delicious. There was more than my husband and I could finish. I would definitely order it again.
