I bet a lot of people don't know what this is My husband bought it at Wegmans the first time, and I didn't even know what it was I even looked it up online to see how to cook it It's also called kohlrabi. The outer skin and bottom look a bit dry, but when you cut it open, the inside is fresh and crisp. Stir-frying it makes it sweet and crunchy
