I definitely saw the full moon as I opened the package, and two hours later, I was looking for bread to eat with coffee, and there was only an empty bag in the trash can. It was my fault for only buying one, without thinking about the kids, because it was a bread of memories. Ugh..

I ordered it because I missed the taste of buying it one by one at a Korean convenience store, and it was the same haha. The expiration date is January 2025, so there is plenty of it, and the strawberry cream tastes better if you keep it slightly chilled.
This tasted amazing. A nice cool treat when it gets warm. There is a nice whipped strawberry cream in the middle in between a thick pancake like sandwich. There is also very fine peppering of strawberry crunchy bits over it. It isn’t actually crunchy when you take a bit though. It is hard to explain. It tasted amazing though.

very moist, soft and fluffy with a slightly flowery and creamy uji matcha center. this is something that every matcha and cake lover needs. Matcha oxidizes over time, so it's natural that green is a little dull.
