Absolutely love this soup base. I usually put 1 big spoon with some pork feet chunks, green onion, onion, rock sugar, bay leaves, star anise, in an instant pot and pressure cook it for 30mins. Then I add fish sauce and lemon juice. So good!
My first time using this seasoning. Very surprise how much coloring it added to the pot with the out hack by to use too much. Very vibrant color and smells amazing.
