We love cornish hens! Marinate with your favorite seasoning, I butterflyed mine, on to the grill! Tender, juicy & flavorful.
The broiler chicken is meaty and the quality of the meat is not bad, so I will buy it again. The only suggestion is that it would be better if a pack of four chickens could be individually wrapped.
