More like sweet and smokey which I love! Definitely different flavor profiles from the other longganisa and the texture of the meat reminds me of chorizo tacos with leaner meat. Personally, I prefer more savory than sweet, but this is a really great option if you want sweet and smokey. Theres about 13 pieces in one pack!

A family favorite, I always ordered this every time , closest to the longanisang lucban I grew up with. Only this brand. Try it if you haven’t and you will enjoy it like we do . I boiled it in water first in the stovetop then transfer it in the pre heated oven 350F for 20 minutes to brown and crisp .
