The skin is very thin and the filling is plentiful, but the taste is not as good as the steamed Shanghai bok choy paper-wrapped buns.
Thin-skinned and generously filled, the filling of greens, dried tofu and bamboo shoots is refreshing and delicious.
These vegetarian steamed buns taste amazing, I often buy them again. I can steam some whenever I'm hungry, and they go well with soy milk or porridge!
