It's rare to find water spinach; it looks quite fresh, and there's a large bag of it.
So far, I haven't encountered any problems with the water spinach I bought. I really enjoy it. I hope the discount stays.
I bought it on sale. Although the stems are quite large, this one feels more delicate than the thinner, green one.
Very tender. Stir-fried leaves, or spicy stir-fried stems.
The quality is good. Eat more of it in the summer; if it's out of season, you'll have to wait until next year.
