There were two small pieces which is good for a small family. I liked that each piece is vacuum-sealed for freshness. The flavor and texture were good.
One ingredient missing: dried shrimp, I forgot to buy it. The cured pork wasn't dry at all; this was the best I've ever cooked it before.
