I must praise this rock brown sugar! It has a subtle orange flavor, small granules, and is very useful. Adding just a couple of granules to pear water makes it incredibly delicious.

This product does not look like rock sugar, it looks like white sand sugar
I bought this to make plum syrup, but even though it says "rock sugar," the grains are too small to be usable. However, since it's cane sugar, I can use it in my everyday cooking.
I can't go to the store to buy. So shopping on weee is an option.

I love this sugar. It has more of a light granular texture instead of the dense texture that standard brown sugar has. Also has a milder and less molasses flavor profile.
