This is a great value pancake. It turns out perfectly when pan-fried over low heat (left side of picture 1). The darker one on the right was pan-fried and then air-fried for 10 minutes; it's a bit dry and the inside didn't puff up as well as the one on the left. You can stuff it with lots of things.

I used an air fryer, following the instructions on the back: first pan-fry the bread, then put it in the air fryer. The bread itself had no flavor; you need to cut it open to add meat or other fillings, but it crumbled into pieces as soon as you cut it I think it would be better if you could cut it open before baking.
