Boil in water for 3mins and noodles will be soft. Can cook as noodles soup or dry noodles - which i prefer. Veg (bok choy) also brought from wee!

This is my second time ordering this noodle. They cook quickly and retain their springy-ness! There are quite a bit of loose noodles that are broken but I am ok with that as all the main round bundles are in intact!

Have preservatives, a Hong Kong brand and made in Hong Kong. However there is a hole in the package in one of the packs ordered (as seen in the picture) at the bottom of the package. However I still like this packaging as it’s not plastic, but using kind of very thick wax paper(I may be wrong in this) . In addition the package is supposed to be resealable like a ziplog bag.
this is the 4th purchase. the noodle taste so good. it is best for mì hoành thánh (wonton) or...stir fried with XO sauce and mung bean sprouts.
No chemicals were used; we have repurchased them numerous times.

Golden Dragon Fish Fresh Egg and Noodle Soup: 1000g of fresh egg and wheat fiber noodles (too thin and they break easily; cooks very easily).
This is good; it's perfect for a late-night snack. I'd definitely buy it again; it's great value for money.
I bought another pack after finishing one. They're delicious, don't clump together easily, and cook through in just four or five minutes. They're even better than regular noodles.

The noodles were thin and a little crumbly, but overall they were pretty good.
