First time buying, let's try it first.
Marinate with oyster sauce, a bit of salt and pepper and sugar, with ginger and red onion, some cooking wine, then pan sear as desired. Pack with white rice, veggies and dipping sauce for my son’s school lunch.

The sea bass was very fresh and tender, very clean, with few bones, and the garlic cloves added a wonderful aroma. It tasted excellent when cooked in a dry pot with onions. I will definitely buy it again.
