This is perfect for a solo lunch. Cooking it in an air fryer made it crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and it was delicious.

It feels similar to the Trader Joe's product, but I like that it's a bit less greasy. Enjoying it as a delicious late-night snack with Yuzu soy sauce and beer~ Please make sure not to add oil when grilling~~
