This meat marinade powder is very convenient. One packet is enough for 500 grams (1 jin) of meat. The marinating ratio is: marinade : water : meat = 35 grams : 35 grams : 500 grams. The finished product tastes slightly sweet and mildly spicy (my 7-year-old son thinks it's spicy, my 12-year-old daughter thinks it's a little spicy but acceptable, and I don't think it's spicy).
