Serves 2-3. Soft and delicious. It's more expensive than the char siu block, but I prefer this. It's $10 more expensive, but I guess that's ok...
It was really good, finally found chashu meat for our favorite ramen. My son rate it as 10/10.
Pretty good size, excited to use with ramen
I wish I have the time and patience to make my own chasu for noodles. But this one is really tasty and tender. We like it, and we’ve ordered it a couple of times. Wish the prices go down, and at least put more slices in a pack!

The pork tocino is delicious and seasoned really well with pineapple juice. It cooks quickly on the stove and gets a nice sear. Very juicy and tender. A great addition to breakfast!
