After heating, the potato shreds don't have the crisp texture of those in restaurants, but you can still taste a slight crunch if you look closely. The hot and sour potato shreds are rated 2 parts sour and 9 parts spicy; those who can't handle spice should be cautious. I finished them off with vinegar at the end.
It's alright, nothing special. But...it's quite convenient for occasional grocery shopping.
