The potatoes were very soft. The eggplant was also quite tender. It tasted like it was stir-fried with soybean paste. People in my family who prefer milder flavors could taste the savory sauce, while those who prefer saltier flavors found it too bland.
My husband liked it, but the portion was too small and too oily; we should add some potatoes or tofu.
