50g Vietnamese rice straw. Rice straw is an indispensable soul herb in Southeast Asian cuisine (especially Vietnamese cuisine). Fresh coriander, I used some to season sour soup, soaked some in water to encourage root growth before planting... so that's all that's left. Overall, it's cheap, fresh, and delicious.
