It looks OK. Not as very fresh.

I think it's because it's difficult to transport, but I wish it were available in a slightly longer length. The cut ends discolor. Other than that, it cooked perfectly and tasted great.
They look thick and fresh. I bought them to use in Chikuzen-ni (a Japanese simmered dish) and Kinpira (a Japanese dish of braised burdock root and carrots).
