This fish fillet is delicious!
This is my first time buying grass carp fillets. I'm planning to boil them tonight; I hope they taste good.
I did not like this too much too fishy and that strange crunchy chewy texture, I could not get used to it. I probably could have gotten past the fishy taste if not for the strange mouth feel.
Easy convenient and must keep in the freezer just in case

Boiled fish fillets with white rice, absolutely delicious!
Boneless, crispy grass carp fillets, frozen, 300g. The fish is tender and crispy! After cleaning off the starch and slime, boil the fillets in water with scallions and ginger for two minutes, then remove and set aside. Sauté scallions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, then add the blanched fish fillets and stir-fry evenly. I added some chili sauce if you like it spicy; it's so delicious with rice!

I made fish soup. The fishy smell wasn't as strong as I expected, but you still need to add more ginger, pepper, and angelica root when making soup. The only downside was that frying it felt so cruel; being stared at by its eyes made me uneasy… especially now, during the peak of the Yu Menglong wrongful conviction case…
