Too oily and greasy, the smoked taste is very strong. I love smoked food but I can't stand it. And because it feels a little not so clean, I washed it again, steamed it first, and then fried it in the pan several times to force out a large bowl of oil, but it is still very greasy. The amazing thing is that the smoked taste is still strong I probably won't buy it next time. It doesn't suit my personal preference.
