I've always bought Luobawang snail rice noodles before, but I ate Haohuanluo snail rice noodles many, many years ago and they were also very delicious. I'll try them out this time.

The noodles are delicious! They have a slightly pungent smell, but they're very tasty. I'm addicted to that smell. However, if you can't handle spicy food, just add less chili oil.
