These are winter bamboo shoots I bought online from Weee.
Winter bamboo shoots can be used in stir-fries and soups.
Because I usually buy Japanese brands, I tried this brand after it was out of stock. It was too old and not tender. From now on, I'd rather be out of winter bamboo shoots than buy this brand.
