When I make rice noodles with large intestine for lunch, I will cook it with enoki mushrooms. Before eating, in addition to coriander, black vinegar, and spicy goose fat, my daughter and I will add mashed garlic. The silly son-in-law went back to Taiwan and ate the famous noodles. He actually told his friends that it wasn’t as delicious as the one we made. We were so embarrassed that we didn't fall to the ground! Haha

I immediately cooked a pot of large intestine noodles with the noodles I bought at weeee. The noodles were delicious, but it was a pity that the large intestine was not Taiwanese, so it didn’t quite match.
