This type of pickled bamboo shoot is convenient; it doesn’t need cooking, just pour it out and use it. You can heat it up briefly if you like. The bamboo shoots aren’t very crispy, only slightly so, and they are quite bland. If you want a richer flavor, add a little soy sauce.
The taste is a little lighter, but the bamboo shoots are very old and hard to bite. Not as delicious as the other one! I bought five bags this time, which was a big mistake.

This is just my personal opinion, but I find pre-cooked meals quite good; they don't have that many problems. Actually, American food doesn't necessarily have fewer additives than Chinese food. If the additive levels are about the same, I'd rather choose what tastes good and what I like.
There's way too much MSG; it's so flavorful it's almost cloying. Could you please use a little less seasoning? The bamboo shoots are great, all tender tips.
