This is the first time I've bought rice noodle flour, I hope it will be delicious.
This flour that can make bánh cuốn was so simple yet easy to use them and further more, it was so designable that the colors and the text up there was so fancy and easy to read them and has the great texture following to that when cooking them.

I just received the order so I haven't tested whether the dough is soft and fluffy when steamed yet, but everything else is very satisfactory.
Dumpling flour bahn bao flour is so good. I purchase this so much because its so tasty. I love making bahn bao buns. I only make savory one but I read you can make sweet ones with this flour too. Definitely gonna try it out next time I purchase. This is a staple in my household. I have to have this almost every time I buy from Weee!
