This is my first time buying purple cauliflower...it tastes pretty good...
Stir-fried purple cauliflower with sliced pork! The color is so soothing even when it's freshly cooked. I took the picture late; the purple color has darkened because it's been soaked in soy sauce. The taste isn't much different from regular cauliflower.

With recent serious food safety issues, broccoli should be soaked in salt water for a longer time and washed more thoroughly before cooking to ensure it is safe to eat.
