I always make chicken salad for lunch. normal chicken is dunked in heavy chemicals, the halal air chilled one isn’t so I think the price is worth it. One unit = two big breast pieces = 4 salads
I absolutely love ordering these chicken. They’re not cheap, but they make the best dishes for stews, soups, and sambals. I was searing them in my pot, which was washed but still unseasoned, and couldn’t resist tearing off a crispy part of the skin to savour the flavour. It was delicious!
