I overcooked it a little bit. I cooked in hot water for 30 sec but actually should be only 10 sec because it is already cooked so you just have to warm it up. I dipped with house-made spicy sauce which was super tasty.

Very good flavor. Sweet and spicy. I cooked in the pot, high heat for 7 minutes. The clam meat just separates from the shell right away.
The stir-fried snails smelled good, but there was too much sugar – it was too sweet.
