Hema's black bean frozen tofu is an essential side dish for hot pot and stews. This is the first time I've had tofu made from black beans. It feels firmer and doesn't crumble easily, and it absorbs broth very well.
I added a little bit when stewing pork ribs; it really enhanced the meaty flavor and was very low in calories. I buy it often.
