Despite the slight graininess you’d expect from the sesame seeds, the ice cream itself was wonderfully creamy and reminded me of Kirkland premium ice cream. Pleasantly surprised by this one! The consistency was nearly perfect — dense and creamy, which honestly reminded me of cracking into a pint from Costco. That same rich creaminess you’d expect from a premium tub of ice cream. They use real Assam tea leaves as one of the ingredients which produced the perfect flavor. Bonus points for including lactase enzyme in the ingredients! It’s not obviously labeled as lactose free, but for those of us who are lactose sensitive, that’s a quiet little game-changer. I would absolutely reorder!
