Bought a piece of hard bread for breakfast, a lot of fiber
It tastes more like a wheat-flavored biscuit, with a "crunchy" texture. In fact, it feels a bit like ordinary toast has been dried. Like it or not is really up to personal taste. For me, the fly in the ointment is the expiry date, which is about the same length as ordinary toast (it is still valid for 11-12 days after receiving it today), but here I need to order at least 2 pieces, and eating 28 pieces within two weeks is a bit terrible ? not afraid Insufficient fiber intake ?
I live in Texas and they haven't sold them here for a while so I'm happy to eat this for breakfast ?
