Braised with dried tofu, no pork smell
There were 11 succulent ribs, not the 12 listed on the box. I used the five less meaty ones to make a yam and corn soup, and grilled the meatier ones. Not bad.
The meaty black pork spare ribs are stir-fried with the meat removed. The spare ribs are very tender and good for stewing soup.
Half of it was braised. Steam half the rice. Super good ribs. No fishy smell. I hope weee can continue to strictly control product quality.
