The flavor is good but the quality of belt fish is questionable. Perhaps it came from a low quality frozen fish. Reheated the ribbon fish and spare ribs 50g of each in a Airfryer at 350ºF for about 2 minutes. It came out great!

The 300-gram portion is a bit small. It doesn't have a fish belly section but does have a fish head.
I made braised hairtail. I boiled it for 20 minutes and it was perfectly cooked. The meat wasn't thick, but it was enough to taste the hairtail. There were four pieces, but since it wasn't a lot for two servings, I also added some seafood mix.
