It's been a while since I've had marucho (small intestine). I know some people like it and others don't, but I like it, so I enjoyed it! It goes really well with rice.

Same taste like home
If you cook it in the air fryer according to the instructions, you'll get perfectly delicious gopchang!! It's seasoned so there's no unpleasant smell, and it's chewy and tasty. It feels just right for two people if you grill some vegetables as well.
I bought both gopchang and daechang and ate them with chives. It's totally delicious if you make fried rice with it too.
The portion is too small for the price.
It's super delicious! I air-fried it at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until crispy on both sides, and for the large intestines I ordered from Wee, I just grilled them directly in a frying pan!

The portion seemed a bit smaller than it looked on the screen, and there was a lot of fat leaking out. Still, I cooked and ate the grilled intestines, and they were delicious.
