Looking forward to make beef pares
I baked it in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. A lot of oil came out. There was also a lot of oil when I ate it. I don’t know how the restaurant cooks it.

Just sear in olive oil and season with salt and pepper broiled in airfryer for 16 min at 400 degrees then top with chopped parsley.
Just add some salt and pepper, bake for 15-20 minutes, serve with baguette, delicious

I bought two cuts, this one and rib eye. The rib eye was $1 cheaper, but I found this one softer and tastier. Initially, the meat looked a bit dark, and I was worried about its quality, but the beef was tender and delicious. Hopefully, next time I can get a fresher cut.
