Taste exactly like skewers from outside
It was alright. The main issue was the seasoning; I'd suggest replacing it with Liu Po (a type of herbal sauce). I thought the meat was okay, not particularly delicious, but not dry either. My friend thought the meat was just average. Just sharing for your reference.
We had these kebabs last night and I totally forgot to take a picture. We liked these kebabs and the spicy dipping powder.
The air fryer wasn't big enough to hold the skewers, so I cooked the meat separately, which was delicious.
This is my first time buying them, and I feel like there are a lot of fat ones on the skewers.
