thin cut beef made into niku udon! Japanese style beef udon noodle soup. quick to marinate and stir fry to put in the soup. some parts were a little tough but good flavor overall.

This is my first time buying grass-fed Angus beef. The quality of the meat looks good. After thawing, you can fry it directly and sprinkle some sea salt on it. The beef tastes good enough.

I bought it when it was on sale. I put it in the freezer as soon as it arrived, but since it had already thawed, it was hard to separate. So I just added everything back in and made Mala Xiang Guo, and it was delicious. It was tasty!!

The beef brisket was a bit fattier than I would've liked. I used it in kimchi stew. It came out a bit tough. It was better cooked with snow peas. It was more tender. It was a good sale purchase. I'm glad that I tried it but I will probably not buy it again.
